These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z7zzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the z7zzz online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://z7zzz.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By completing the z7zzz registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

z7zzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material change to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

To be eligible to register and use the z7zzz platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing z7zzz account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person of z7zzz or its associated game providers.
• You are not using any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to access or interact with the Platform.

z7zzz conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by z7zzz support will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Where z7zzz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, z7zzz reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. z7zzz will not be liable for losses incurred by ineligible players using the Platform.

To access the full suite of z7zzz services — including deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and bonus claims — you must create a registered account. Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on z7zzz. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and balances contained therein will be closed and forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration. Any deliberate misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. z7zzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not maintained adequate security of your login details.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify z7zzz immediately at [email protected].
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or permit any other person to access or use your z7zzz account.

z7zzz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any point during the lifetime of an account, including but not limited to: enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal amounts, source of funds verification for high-volume accounts, and periodic re-verification to ensure continued compliance with eligibility requirements.

All z7zzz accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z7zzz does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash or Nagad. Standard issuing bank fees may apply for Visa and Mastercard transactions; z7zzz is not responsible for charges levied by your financial institution.

Accepted Deposit and Withdrawal Methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals processed within 10–30 minutes subject to verification status.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Comparable processing speed to bKash. Available across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳500. Widely used across Chittagong, Sylhet, and Khulna regions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, and the name on the payment method must match the verified name on the z7zzz account. z7zzz may request additional documentation to verify payment method ownership before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Deposits made with active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus. Withdrawing a balance that includes active bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

z7zzz reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large withdrawal amounts, and delay processing pending the outcome of any fraud or verification review. These measures are in place to protect both the Platform and its legitimate players.

z7zzz offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer, which supplement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Player: A player may not claim the same welcome bonus or sign-up offer more than once, including through duplicate accounts. Any attempt to do so constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single wager limit applies. This limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing wagers above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or validity period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Abuse & Fraud: z7zzz employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine play intent, and exploitation of software errors or miscalculations. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.

z7zzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has been published in error or contains a typographic mistake, z7zzz reserves the right to correct the error and apply the corrected terms retroactively.

By placing any wager on z7zzz — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — you accept the following general rules. Specific rules for individual game types and sports markets are published in the respective game lobbies and sports betting sections.

• Finality of Wagers: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on the z7zzz platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. All transactions are final subject to the outcome of the relevant event or game round.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet settlement, z7zzz reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. z7zzz is not liable for losses incurred due to Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Incorrect Odds or Prices: z7zzz reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet placed at odds or prices that were published as a result of a manifest error. This includes, but is not limited to, odds that were clearly incorrect relative to true market prices at the time of the event.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: All cricket and sports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing board). Rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, and match abandonment settlement procedures follow standard industry practice and are published in the sports betting rules section.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Any player found to have participated in, facilitated, or benefited from match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
• RNG Certification: All casino games available on z7zzz use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers.

z7zzz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at player-defined intervals showing elapsed session duration.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No marketing communications will be sent during a time-out period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the z7zzz platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts remind you of your net wagering position at regular intervals during active play sessions.

z7zzz will not knowingly permit a self-excluded or time-out player to access their account, and will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent marketing materials from being sent to such players. Either you or z7zzz may close or suspend a z7zzz account, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five working days.

Suspension or Closure by z7zzz: z7zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Multiple account operation in violation of the single-account policy.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at z7zzz staff or other players.

Where an account is closed by z7zzz due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. z7zzz will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player via the email address on record, subject to the requirements of any ongoing fraud or law enforcement investigation that may restrict such disclosure.

General Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7zzz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from Internet disconnections, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions. All gaming and betting on z7zzz carries inherent financial risk and you participate entirely at your own discretion.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the z7zzz support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by z7zzz at the time of the dispute.
